By Phone:
Kringle's Chalet accepts
orders by phone. Please call us at
866.942.0188 to place an order between the
hours of 10 am - 8 pm Monday through Friday and
10 am - 6 pm on Saturday. Please note we
are closed on Sundays for the summer.
By e-mail:
Orders and inquiries can be
sent anytime via e-mailing
info@kringleschalet.com
. For security purposes, please do not
send credit card information via e-mail. A
representative from Kringle's will call you once
the e-mail is received to arrange for payment
and shipment of item(s).

Delivery Information
Please allow 7 to 14 days for
delivery. Kringle's staff will inform you
of shipping charges prior to completing your
order.
Kringle’s Chalet Return Policy
No returns on any holiday merchandise.
No returns on any scrapbooking merchandise.
All returns on general giftware must be made
within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt
must accompany item. Refunds will consist of
exchange or refund in the manner of original
payment. Merchandise must be unused and in
undamaged, original packaging.
All sales on discounted items are final. No
returns or exchanges. |
